BBS Process Evaluation and Enhancement

A Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) observation and feedback process can be an effective tool to reduce injuries and improve an organization’s safety culture. To get the most that this technology has to offer, your observation process must continually evolve to keep up with the changing needs of the organization.
